Nicki Silverman is a Handstand, Backbend and Functional Mobility Specialist and Yoga Movement Teacher.
She’s been movement-obsessed since she was a kid, always opting for some form of fun physical activity.. All of these physical elements have played a role informing her current movement interests, therefore informing how she teaches! Nicki crafts her sessions personally and conceptually. She does not play with set sequencing given to her by former yoga schools as she believes an individual’s movement needs are nuanced. On retreat, she will do specified drills & exercises in isolation, as well as flow through transitions to integrate movements. Nicki holds space for you to listen to your body, to explore the space between shapes, ask questions and challenge the edges of an exercise in order to make it work for you.
