Join Niki Saccareccia, E-500 Yoga teacher, for an inspiring retreat at a gorgeous, organic eco-farm in the countryside of Tuscany. The romantic landscapes, rich culture and charm of Italy have been calling, and we've answered. Get ready for a magical experience generously filled with nourishing yoga, delicious food from the organic farm, replenishing time in nature, rejuvenating time to pamper the body and spirit, and plenty to explore with your fellow seekers and travelers.
We will tap into our infinite healing potential through Yoga and techniques to create transformative habits that lead to relaxation and peace. You will uncover the healing force of your own being through deep breathwork to challenge the mind and ego, through asana to help excite and relax the body, guided meditation to expand consciousness, playful adventure in new and unfamiliar terrain, and through personalized aromatherapy and lounge spaces that promote reflection and rest.
Our spiritual ancestors took retreat in order to experience higher consciousness, to remove all distractions and tune in to the deep wisdom source within. We'll retreat for a 5 night, 6-day immersion in mindful living to remember and activate our Inner Healer - the ancient intelligence that is always working in our favor, for our health, for our happiness, and for our joy!

Niki Saccareccia
Niki Saccareccia is an E500 yoga and meditation teacher based in Los Angeles, CA and the founder of Light Inside Yoga, offering 200hr teacher trainings, workshops, retreats and courses to empower others to be the main agent of positive change in their lives. Her purpose is to reconnect students to the ancient healing intelligence within that tends to get eclipsed by doing too much. Niki is a seasoned practitioner, working with people of all ages and ability levels since 2008. She's trauma informed, a former behavioral therapist and special needs counselor, and an enthusiastic anatomist. Her love of yoga is contagious and her passion for mindful living inspires even timid beginners.
Niki is deliberately practical: Students learn about their anatomy and the mentality moving them from one action to the next, while cultivating a deep sense of presence and support. She focuses on breath based physical alignment and then blends the sacred philosophy of yoga’s holistic teachings into the physical experience without it feeling boring or forced.
Her habit-changing yoga practices have been featured on Yoganonymous.com, ElephantJournal.com, Sivana East, We.Travel and Wanderlust.com, at rehabilitation centers and public schools around Los Angeles County, and at lifestyle festivals in Oregon and California. Niki has a down-to-earth approach that has gained her the reputation of “bringing the important, mental health of yoga into a physical practice.” Her mission is to guide students to realize how incredibly powerful they are and discover the light inside!

HOW TO GET THERE
You can fly into Rome Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) or Florence Airport (FLR) and we will help you organize transfer, or you can rent a car and drive to the beautiful retreat center.
Flight and airport transportation are not included, but we can help you organize both or you can choose to rent a car.
Check in will begin at 2pm on the 15th and check-out will be at noon on the 20th. It is best to arrive in the morning/early afternoon on the 15th and depart after 2pm on the 20th. Some guests also extend their trip to explore Italy!

Booking Policy
By placing your deposit with us you are reserving a space on our retreat and agreeing to our policies stated in our AGREEMENT. If cancellation takes place more that 75 days prior to your departure date than any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place less than 75 days prior to your departure then 100% of your trip price will be forfeited. To cancel your retreat you must notify Revamp Retreats in writing at info@revampretreats.com.
All prices are per person, and all deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due 75 days prior to departure and will be charged to your card on file.
We highly encourage all of our guests to purchase “cancel for any reason” trip insurance to fully protect them from any cancelations or changes.
Revamp Retreats reserved the right to make any changes deemed necessary to our retreats. In the rare case of cancellation on part of Revamp Retreats, we will offer you a transfer to another retreat or a full refund.
