After working on Wall Street, Brendan transitioned into psychology-driven coaching and has now worked with more than 2,000 people on 6 continents through his live and online programs.
Brendan has helped his students increase their happiness, fulfillment, income, and vitality. He is also known for lifestyle design and leaving his corporate day job to build a successful passion business that can be run from anywhere in the world. He has also grown an Instagram account from 0 to 100K and teaches his students how to grow their online audience to monetize their passion. Brendan currently resides in New York City, where he hosts the iTunes and Spotify Show The Brendan Burns Show.

AMANDA HUGGINS - Empowerment Coach, Yoga & Meditation teacher.
After spending nearly a decade in the startup space, Amanda broke past her own fears to follow her calling for helping leaders break past internal barriers of self-worth, fear, and anxiety.
Amanda’s work is rooted in Universal Law and the concept of emotional “rinsing and process”, a method designed to help clients release the barriers holding them back from finding true happiness and success.
Amanda is a leading "Life Talk" creator on the MoveWith platform, and is a Mental Health co-host on the “Critical Conversations” podcast, a weekly series created to discuss full-spectrum health as it relates to a positive lifestyle. She has appeared on “Good Morning La La Land” hosted by Dr. Erin (named one of the most inspiring female entrepreneurs by Forbes), “The Golden Mic” with International best-selling author Marc Cordon, and is currently developing anti-anxiety programs with two major companies in the startup space. She also hosts online and in-person workshops designed to help clients break past stress & anxiety.
While Amanda works with clients around the world, she currently resides in Los Angeles, California.

BODHI TREE, LUXURY JUNGLE SANCTUARY
Bodhi Tree yoga resort was beautifully designed around nature, leaving the surrounding jungle as it was meant to be. As a green resort, they are conscious to protect and preserve the environment while also redefining comfort and luxury.
You will wake with the sounds of wildlife and can take an early morning dip in the saltwater infinity pool or enjoy fresh juice or coffee at the community smoothie bar.
Soothing fountains and waterfalls guide you through the local fauna on your way to your Balinese-inspired rooms. Open the door to find a star-lit shower, luxurious cotton sheets and a canopied bed that promises a well-deserved rest. All bungalows have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and modern amenities abound. Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.
Three delicious meals are served a day using organic and local ingredients whenever possible. They strive to provide guests with the highest level of nutrition- serving fresh soups, salads, organic chicken and fish, and vegan and vegetarian options.. and of course delicate health conscious inspired desserts.
ABOUT NOSARA & GETTING THERE
Get ready to fully embrace the 'Pura Vida' lifestyle as you enter this magical jungle town known for world-renowned yoga, surf, and community. Nosara has attracted health-conscious expats from all over the world for its beautiful culture and lifestyle. Walk, bike or ATV down the unpaved roads and stop at local organic cafes or take a dip in some of the cleanest ocean waters in Costa Rica. At the right times of the year you can catch the bioluminescence lighting up the ocean, a moment you will never forget. Nosara has easily became one of our favorite retreat destinations and we are excited to share it with you.
You can fly into Liberia Airport (LIR) and take a shuttle to Bodhi Tree (about 2 hours), or you can fly into San Jose Airport (SJO) and take a small jumper plane into Nosara through Nature Air. If booking this option, you should plan ahead of time since the small planes may fill up quickly. Check in at Body Tree begins at 2pm on May 4th, and check out is at 11am on May 9th.

Booking Policy
By placing your deposit with us you are reserving a space on our retreat and agreeing to our policies stated in our AGREEMENT. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation takes place more than 75 days prior to your departure date than any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit. If cancellation takes place less than 75 days prior to your departure then 100% of your trip price will be forfeited. To cancel your retreat you must notify Revamp Retreats in writing at info@revampretreats.com.
All prices are per person, and all deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due 75 days prior to departure and will be charged to your card on file.
We highly encourage all of our guests to purchase “cancel for any reason” trip insurance to fully protect them from any cancelations or changes - Insure My Trip
Revamp Retreats reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to our retreats. In the rare case of cancellation on part of Revamp Retreats, we will offer you a transfer to another retreat or a full refund.
