A DAY ON RETREAT AND IN COMMUNITY
The retreat schedule will be perfectly curated to support you and the group. From classes and workshops, to free time to explore the beautiful lands of Costa Rica or sip smoothies by the pool - there will be a balance of deep transformative work, and time to fill yourself up.
Each day we will have a morning, and afternoon or evening workshop with Rachel. These experiences will be active, embodied and connected. Between classes and workshops, we will have healthy meals at Bodhi, time to relax by the salt water pool, and take trips to the beach and around town.
Everything on the schedule is fully optional, but we highly encourage you to attend everything! The full schedule will be sent to all guests prior to the retreat.

Rachel Pringle is an actor, writer, creator of the Wild Woman Experience, a Sensuality and Dynamic Tantra Teacher and Mystic.
She has over 15 years of experience in human development, healing modalities and somatic embodiment practices. She specializes in Sensual Embodiment, Conscious Communication Alchemy, Self Intimacy, Mysticism, Tantric Illumination and Love in Partnership. Her teachings cover presence, integrating our subconscious, energy dynamics, pleasure frequency, self love, healing through the subtle body and awakening to our innate power and self genius.
Her mission in life is to guide people to their deepest purpose through realigning them with their physical and energetic form and affording them the limitless energy and confidence to live the life of their dreams.

A gorgeous and luxury private room with a large King Size bed, large Outdoor Patio with Pool, Egyptian cotton sheets, high ceilings, open-air rainfall shower, air conditioning, a laptop-sized safe, and wifi.
KING VILLAS + BUNGALOWS
A gorgeous and spacious private room with a large King Size bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, high ceilings, open-air rainfall shower, air conditioning, terrace and wifi. This room can be booked as private or with a close friend.
TREETOPS KING
A newer room at the upper level of the property with 1 King Bed and a luxury bathroom and stunning view of the jungle. Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, open air rainfall shower, a laptop-sized safe and large desk. This room is a private King Room for one person.
BODHI CASITA DELUXE
A private queen bedroom and private bathroom in a 2 bedroom Casita with a kitchenette, living area, air conditioning, wifi, and outdoor patio. If you are interested in sharing a room with a friend, let us know and we'll arrange it! The deluxe rooms are located by the spa area.
BODHI CASITA
A 2 bedroom Casita with Egyptian cotton sheets, one bathroom, kitchenette, living area, air conditioning, wifi and outdoor patio. 1 private room is reserved for you with your booking and we will pair you with a roommate in the second room, or you can book the entire casita with a friend.
QUEEN BUNGALOW DOUBLE ROOM
A spacious bungalow with 2 queen beds, Egyptian cotton sheets, high ceilings, open-air rainfall shower, air conditioning, work desk, terrace and wifi. 1 queen bed is reserved with your booking and we will pair you with a roommate, or you can book the room with a friend.
TRIPLE ROOM
A room with 3 twin beds, terrace, desk, closet space, shared bathroom, open air shower, and air conditioning. You can book this room with friends, or we will pair you with roommates. A great way to meet and connect with other guests.

BODHI TREE — JUNGLE LUXURY SANCTUARY
Welcome to your home for the week! Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is beautifully designed to be nestled in nature, with the surrounding jungle being left as it was, natural, as it’s meant to be. As sustainable and green, the resort consciously protects and preserves the natural environment while offering comfort and luxury.
You will wake with the sounds of wildlife and monkeys. You can take an early morning dip in the saltwater infinity pool or enjoy fresh juice or coffee at the community smoothie bar.
Three delicious meals are served each day using organic and local ingredients whenever possible. The resort strives to provide guests with the highest level of nutrition — serving fresh soups, salads, organic chicken and fish. The kitchen offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, as well as delicate health conscious inspired desserts - we LOVE the food!
Throughout the property there are fountains and waterfalls, and all rooms are Balinese-inspired. Each room has luxurious cotton sheets, fluffy pillows, and a canopied bed that promises a well-deserved rest. All bungalows have air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and modern amenities. Security staff is available 24 hours and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrived.
Apart from our retreat schedule, Bodhi Tree offers community classes in Yoga, Spin, Pilates, Sound Healing and more. There is also a gorgeous spa with an array of different treatments using organic oils and lotions to relax your mind and soul - we highly recommend a spa visit during the retreat!
We’ve held retreats at Bodhi Tree for more than 5 years — it is one of our favorite properties to come together in community. The beach is just a quick bike ride or walk down the towns local roads where you will see perhaps the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen.

ABOUT NOSARA + GETTING THERE
Get ready to fully embrace the 'Pura Vida' lifestyle as you enter this magical jungle town known for world-renowned yoga, surf, and community. Nosara has attracted health-conscious expats from all over the world for its beautiful culture and lifestyle. It is one of the only five “Blue Zones” in the world. Walk, bike or ATV down the unpaved roads and stop at local organic cafes or take a dip in some of the cleanest ocean waters in Costa Rica. At the right time of year you can catch the bioluminescence lighting up the ocean, a moment you will never forget. Nosara has easily became one of our favorite retreat destinations and we are excited to share it with you.
We recommend flying into Liberia Airport (LIR) and taking our shuttle to Bodhi Tree (about 2 hours). The alternative option is to fly into San Jose Airport (SJO) and take a small jumper plane to Nosara Airport. If booking this option, you should plan ahead since smaller planes fill up quickly. Airport transfer is included on arrival and departure days from the Liberia/Nosara Airport. Please note that vaccination against COVID19 is not required for entering Costa Rica.
We recommend landing in Liberia by 1pm on the 21st and departing after 2pm on the 26th. This will ensure you do not miss any classes or workshops. Check-in at Bodhi Tree begins at 2pm on arrival day, and check-out is at 11am on departure day. We are happy to help you research the best flight options and plan extended travel as well. Many of our guests like to spend extra time exploring around CR - we highly recommend it if you have extra time!
